General Conditions

	All Children should wear full hockey equipment to participate in this school.
	Helmut, gloves and neck guard are mandatory. Children will not be permitted on the ice without this equipment..
	After a short evaluation period, we may move children up (or down) to the class that will benefit them most,
	Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis only.
	Class sizes will be limited. You will receive written confirmation of registration.
	If classes are full, you will be notified and your cheque destroyed, or returned to you at your request. A small waiting list will be  kept in case of cancellation.
	Refunds will not be issued after the date of the first class for any session. A pro-rated refund will be considered on presentation of a medical certificate. Registrations cancelled prior to the beginning of any session will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee.

Power Skating Skills School Waiver Clause - Parents / Guardians - NOTE: - The following statements will appear on your confirmation form. Your signature will be required prior to your child's' participation in this program.

I give my full approval to my child's' participation in all activities associated with the Power Skating Skills School. I knowingly recognize, accept and assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including medical and dental expenses.  I waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Power Skating Skills School, and/or it's coaches, employees or volunteers and the arena facilities from any and all claims for injury (including permanent disability or death) and damage or loss of personal property, however caused, whether on or off the premises.

I certify that my child is in good physical  and mental health and is able to participate in any and all activities associated with this program.
